Wesley R. Gensel-- Managing Member

Wesley Gensel, as president of GVG INTERNATIONAL, LLC has extensive experience in worldwide business, as well as a passion for marketing and promotion.  Wesley graduated from the University of Miami in 2000 with a degree in Marketing, as well as a Spanish minor.  In addition to being fluent in Spanish, he is also adept at conversational Portuguese.  As a member of management at family owned Gensel’s Incororated in New York for 8 years, he learned ins and outs of operations, marketing, and finance, and trade practices.  He has long had a passion for cigars and took to the industry as a way to continue that passion and be a bridge between the Brazilian and American cigar markets.

Fernanda Vieitas Gensel-- Managing Member

Fernanda Vieitas Gensel is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and has worked in the cigar industry for 5 years.  Originally working alongside her father out at one of his cigar shops in Rio , she developed a talent for promoting cigars to other retail outlets such as nightclubs and bars in the Rio de Janeiro area.  She gained a significant clientele and created a new and successful market for cigars in Rio.  Fernanda also has a degree from Universidade Estacio de Sa in Corporate Psychology and is influential in the understanding of the corporate structure and management of both operations and employees for the future of GVG INTERNATIONAL, LLC.  Fernanda is also fluent in English and Portuguese and is invaluable with her ability to mend any communication barriers. 

Clemente Vieitas-- Managing Member

The Birth of GVG began with Clemente Vieitas.  His passion for cigars and business paved the way for the idea of GVG INTERNATIONAL’S cigar business.  As owner of PIPE & CO for nearly 30 years, he at one time operated six cigar shops in the Barra Da Tijuca area of Rio de Janeiro.  He now is owner and operator of both a highly successful cigar shop in Rio de Janerio and a Hotel in Penedo, Brazil.  In particular, Clemente is working in Brazil to ensure that all laws and regulations, as well as relationships with cigar manufactures are kept to the highest standard.
