Many of those who know a bit of cigar history might recognize Alonso Menendez as the founder and creator of the original Cuban brands Montecristo and H. Upmann. Alonso Menendez was a legend in the cigar industry, and who better than to take on a cigar bearing his name than his son Felix Menendez, owner of Menendez Amerino and the creator of the Dona Flor brand as well.
The Alonso Menendez brand is a line inspired by the man himself and the cigars are a reflection of his tastes and his passionate desire to create perfection.
